How do I create my first soccer game?

Creating a reservation is simple! Choose a complex and field, select your date and time, set the number of players needed, and choose your payment method (full or split). Once published, players can find and join your reservation. For split payments, all players have 24 hours to complete their payment.

Is DivenSports free to use?

Yes! DivenSports is completely free to use. You can create games, join games, connect with players, and use all core features at no cost. We believe soccer should be accessible to everyone.

How do I find games near me?

Use our location-based search to find reservations in your area. You can filter by date, time, location, and skill level. Browse available reservations and join ones that match your schedule. All reservations show the field details, player count, and payment information.

What if I need to cancel a game?

You can cancel a reservation you created at any time from your dashboard. All players who joined will be automatically notified. Refunds are available if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are non-refundable. For split payments, if not all players pay within 24 hours, the reservation is automatically canceled and refunds are issued.

How do payments work on DivenSports?

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a leading payment processor. Divensports never stores your credit card information.

When booking a field, you can choose to pay the full amount yourself or split the cost among invited players. If you choose split payment, all players have 24 hours to pay their share. If payment isn't completed within 24 hours, the booking is automatically canceled and refunds are issued.

For cancellations, refunds are available if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Refunds are processed by Stripe and may take a few business days to appear in your account.

How does the player rating system work?

After each game, players can rate each other on skill level, sportsmanship, and reliability. This helps build trust in the community and ensures quality games. Your rating is visible to other players and helps them decide if they want to play with you.

Can I invite friends who don't have the app?

Absolutely! You can invite friends by adding them directly to your reservation or sharing the reservation link. Invited players can join through the web or mobile app. For split payments, invited players will need to complete their payment within 24 hours to confirm the reservation.

What safety measures are in place?

We verify all users through email verification. All reservations are made at verified partner complexes with established facilities. All public reservations have a visible player list, and we recommend following standard safety practices when meeting at fields.
