Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings and payments made through Divensports LLC ("Divensports," "we," "our," or "us").
By using Divensports to book fields or split payments, you agree to this policy.
1. Payment Processing
All payments made through Divensports are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
Divensports does not store or process complete payment card details.
2. Split Payments
When an organizer selects the Split Payment option:
- All invited players must pay their share within 24 hours of the booking creation.
- If the full payment is not received within 24 hours:
- The booking will be automatically canceled.
- Any payments already made will be refunded in full to those who paid.
3. Confirmed Bookings (Fully Paid)
Once a booking is fully paid and confirmed:
- Refunds are only available if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for booking.
- Stripe and your bank may take several business days to complete the refund.
5. Important Notes
- Divensports is a technology platform and not responsible for disputes between players and facilities.
- Participation in matches and events is at your own risk.
- If a facility cancels your booking, Divensports will work with the payment processor to issue a refund when applicable.

How Payments Work
Divensports uses Stripe, a secure and industry-leading payment processor, to handle all payments made through our platform.
When you book a field or join a match:
1. You pay through Stripe
- Stripe processes the payment on behalf of Divensports and the sports facility.
- Divensports does not store or process your credit card details.
2. Split payments (if selected)
- When the organizer chooses split payment, each invited player has 24 hours to pay their share.
- If everyone pays within 24 hours, the booking is confirmed.
- If full payment is not received in 24 hours, the booking is automatically canceled and refunds are issued to those who paid.
3. Refunds and cancellations
- Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds are processed by Stripe and may take a few business days to appear on your account.
4. Divensports acts as an intermediary
- Divensports provides the platform to connect players and facilities.
- We do not own or operate any sports facilities and are not responsible for the actions of users or facilities.

Divensports LLC ("Divensports," "we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our mobile application, user web app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Divensports.

Divensports LLC is a Florida-based company.
We provide:
- A mobile and web app for users to find, create, and join sports matches, reserve fields, split payments, and manage their bookings.
- A scheduling platform for sports facilities.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Name, email address, phone number, password, profile photo.
- Booking details (reservations, events, teams).
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details).
- Messages, reviews, and communications within the app.

- Usage data (pages visited, app activity).
- Location data if you allow it.
Information from Third Parties
- Social login data (if you choose to sign in this way).
- Stripe (to confirm payment status).
Third-Party Authentication Providers: If you choose to sign in using Google or Apple Sign-In, we receive certain information from these providers to create and manage your account. This may include:
- Google Sign-In: Your name, email address, and profile picture (if available).
- Apple Sign-In: Your name and email address (Apple may provide a private relay email).
We only receive information that you authorize these providers to share with us. Your use of Google or Apple Sign-In is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Facilitate bookings, payments, refunds, and split payments.
- Communicate with you about your account and reservations.
- Prevent fraud and ensure safety.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share data with:
- Stripe and other payment processors.
- Service providers (hosting, analytics).
- Google and Apple (when you use their sign-in services, they process your authentication request according to their privacy policies).
- Law enforcement when legally required.
Your personal information is shown to other users only as needed (e.g., your name in a reservation).
Third-Party Authentication: When you use Google or Apple Sign-In, your authentication is processed by these providers. We do not have access to your Google or Apple account password. These providers may collect information about your use of their authentication services according to their own privacy policies.
5. Payments
All payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Divensports does not store or process complete credit card data directly.
By using our Services, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy practices.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and personal data from the app, the web app, or by emailing support@divensports.com.
We will delete your information unless we are legally required to keep it.
7. Cookies and Tracking
The Divensports website and web app use cookies to:
- Improve your experience.

Age Restrictions and Parental Consent Policy
